Shipping + Returns
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping times are different. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days regardless of the shipping option chosen; for example if you choose to pay extra for Priority or Priority Express shipping your order will still leave our workspace within the 3-5 business day timeframe and the expedited shipping is for the actual transit times within USPS. We ship all our orders through USPS. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and fees, shipping is automatically applied at checkout based off USPS prices for your location. We do not ship with signature confirmation unless otherwise requested.
Make sure to double and triple check your address when placing your order! Amber & Wood is not responsible for packages being delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. In the occasion a package is delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address and is returned to us Amber & Wood is more than happy to reship to the correct address but all reshipment charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Amber & Wood is not responsible for any package delays once your package is with USPS. We have zero control over transit times and things like holiday closings and weather. If your package is delayed or lost in transit you will need to file a shipping claim with USPS
Unfortunately at this time we are only shipping domestically to the United States. Check back in the future for international shipping policies
At this time we are not accepting returns. Amber & Wood understands how difficult it can be to decide on a fragrance without smelling it first, you can email us at email@example.com if you need help deciding on a fragrance.
We carefully package every order with transit in mind but in the event that your order arrives broken or in an unusable state we are more than happy to work with you on resolving the issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order, please include photos of the damaged item(s) and the box/package it arrived in. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf with USPS
Warm temperatures, especially during the summer months, may cause the top of your candle to melt slightly in hot delivery trucks and mailboxes. This occurs naturally and we unfortunately have no control over the weather! Once your candle is brought into your home, keep it upright and it will cool down and re-harden. This will not affect the way your candle burns or smells in any way.
